Warranty
At Fire Road, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a limited 1 year warranty on all our home accessories. If you encounter any issues with your purchase due to manufacturing defects or workmanship, please reach out to our customer support team. They will be happy to assist you and guide you through the warranty claim process.
For this one year period following the date of the original purchase Fire Road LLC will, at its option, repair, replace, or provide a substitute for any piece or part proven to be defective in material or workmanship unless explicitly stated not to be covered by the warranty.
This warranty applies under conditions of normal use only and Fire Road is not liable for natural aging or defects that result from negligence, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, unauthorized disassembly, repair/modification, or accidental damage of any kind.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It is important to follow the care instructions provided with each product to ensure its longevity.
Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. To receive proper service under this warranty the original purchase receipt or invoice must be presented.
